Delivery is $3.99 on orders under $40 and free over $40. You choose a date and time window at checkout; we'll confirm by email.
Everything travels cold. Please refrigerate on arrival and enjoy by the use-by date on your jar.
As everything is made fresh to order and perishable, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order is being prepared.
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or refund.
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to the cut-off shown at checkout for your chosen delivery date.
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — name, contact, delivery details and payment (processed securely by our payment provider). We don't sell your data.
